The hard collars are exact to the ex-USCG 25 SafeBoats. They can be painted any color and require no air to keep there shape or hardness. The trailer is included and also in very good shape. The price given is for the vessel AS-IS. A negotiated price can be worked out for the vessel to be in full 100% running condition.
